Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible products may be returned within 100 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwritten, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
• Personalised, final-sale, digital, gift-card, and corporate orders are non-returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; NOTERA covers return shipping for its own errors.
• Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
